Huang Binhong is regarded as one of the greatest landscape painters in Chinese art. His ability to incorporate ancient techniques in modern ones established him as “the best landscape painter in five hundred years”. Mr. Low Chuck Tiew, student of Huang Binhong and owner of the Xubaizhai Collection, possesses a number of Huang’s works.
