This issue features Fu Baoshi’s Nine Odes and Orchid Pavilion from the collection of the National Art Museum of China. Mr. Ye Zonggao in “Fu Baoshi’s Art of Seal Carving” explores the artist’s talent in seal carving. Many of Fu’s seals introduced in this issue are never before published. In particular, “Seals of Fu Baoshi” compiles the artist’s seals and serves as a reference tool for authentication of Fu’s works. Contributing authors include Mr. Song Wenzhi, Mr. Xiao Ping, Mr. Xia Pu and Mr. Wu Yunfa, who offered unique insights into understanding Fu’s art and techniques.
